Commissioners of the Admiralty to acquaint you, for the
information of the Secretary of State for the Colonies,
that they agree to the proposal that the Principal
Military Medical Officer in Hong Kong shall act as
arbitrator on the question of the treatment of Smallpox
patients in the Naval Infectious Hospital in that Colony.
